[users] MERGEFIELD problem in RTF Import

Hello all:

I receive a lot of DOCs in RTF format exported from MSOffice.
These docs have fields and the RTF, because of this have them too.
But when I import these on OOo 2.4 they are not merged but appears only a
code that i think should be the field name.
I can't  modify the way the docs are imported to us, so thare isn't a way to
import these fields merged?
I can send a doc to show the problem.
