It means that SCO^H^H^HMicroosoft won't sue anybody until their only
market share is found in the East Texas Federal District Court.  At
that point, they will file lawsuits against all and sundry, since they
won't lose anything thereby;

Microsoft dealt with it, by setting up patent troll companies, who
will file lawsuits in its stead. These companies will emulate the
example of SCO, who has clearly demonstrated the best way to win
billions and billions of dollars through successful litigation.

Oh, you mean other companies? They will do what Novell, Red Hat,
AutoZone, Daimler etc did when SCO came a walking.
