I'm trying to create a 'book' of poetry with a title page (possibly a
ToC right after the title page but before the content) in a single
column layout, the content in a two column layout, and maybe an index
page (single-column layout).
I'm trying to figure out how to use the Master Document function, but
I'm not getting very far and the PDF from the FAQ on the website seems
to be missing.
Any ideas or tutorials I might be missing?
