Hello,

I always look for release candidates and beta versions on the good-day site.
ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/

You can chose between the 3.0.0beta and the newer 3.0.0beta-2 releases
Then find what you need (Intel or PowerPC) in your language...
You'll probably want the english-US (the only one without language and
locale specification):
ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/3.0.0beta2/OOo_3.0.0beta2_MacOSXPowerPC_install.dmg

Hope this helps,
