[users] problems accessing open office

Help Anyone.
I have followed earlier advice to delete the programme and redownload, but when 
I try to use the instal Wizard I STILL get the 'pop up' message "Wrong OS or OS 
system".   Can anyone help in plain english. I am not a Computer expert and 
only understand technical terms related to my general use of my PC dfior 
emails, hard copy documents and seeking infiormation on the internet.
