Our company is about to do some re-branding, which will mean new
templates for customer-facing documents. Somebody (not I) is going to
create the new Word templates.
Is there anything that I should ask that person to do - or to avoid -
that will make my life easier if I want to use OOo instead of Word? She
will probably be using Word 2003, if that makes a difference.
Any suggestions that help to avoid extra (re-) work are appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin,

There may be a few other differences that I can't recall right now but the main thing is to avoid VBA if at all possible.
