I echo what Victor said (OpenNode) but with a little more detail than a link.
OpenNode is a stripped down CentOS install with the stock OpenVZ kernel and kvm
packages to match it. While their aim is to be a turnkey virtualization
platform they also have repos that you can use on stock CentOS systems if you
just want to add KVM support... although they do lag behind official OpenVZ
kernel releases a little.

The OpenNode folks recently sent out an update on their roadmap which you can
find here:

I'll also mention another really nice project that offers KVM and OpenVZ
together although it is NOT based on CentOS... and that is Proxmox VE... which
is based on Debian. Proxmox VE is basically a stripped down Debian installer
with a turnkey virtualization management system. Proxmox VE is very similar to
OpenNode but Proxmox VE has been around longer (so more correctly OpenNode is
like Proxmox VE) and is more mature. I believe Proxmox VE offers a choice of
what kernel you want to use and the RHEL/CentOS-based one is an option.

Enjoy,
