Hi, we are checking for upgrades of more packages in 4.0 than in previous version, details can be found at:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1344020 And libvirt is one of those new packages. I've just found out that this is incidentally part of 4.0.2 although it was retargeted to 4.0.4 (we forgot to remove patch from 4.0.2 branch when we did several 4.0.2 rebuilds).
