I'm attempting to add another host to the cluster, and I'm getting the following error when I add the ovirtmgmt network to the physical network device:

Error while executing action HostSetupNetworks: Unexpected exception

In the host vdsm.log I have the following:

I thought the ifcfg-ovirtmgmt-file was supposed to be created by the ovirt setup?

I'm running the latest ovirt 4.1.6 on CentOS7.4 x86_64 (ovirt-release41-4.1.6-1.el7.centos.noarch).
