I understand. Back to command entities. For each active command_parameter_class org.ovirt.engine.core.common.action.RemoveSnapshotParameters, you will find the command params in command_parameters column. One of these params, is the snapshotId. You need to check whether there is a snapshot with that Id in snapshots table.
