You can convert the 3 servers to run both gluster and compute by enabling
gluster service on cluster and reinstalling the hosts one at a time (to
ensure the gluster packages are installed and gluster is peer probed)
However, I don't know if there's a way to move the external engine to
hosted engine in this setup.
