I uploaded the RHEL ISOs the same way I uploaded the Ubuntu ISOs: Navigate to Storage -> Disks and click Upload (so using the wizard).
Once the ISOs are in place, I've attached them to VMs the same way I've attached Ubuntu ISOs: Select the Virtual Machine, click Edit, go to Boot Options, click the checkbox beside "Attach CD" and change the First Device to CD-ROM. The oVirt Manager is 4.4.6, but the cluster compatibility is stuck at 4.4.5 right now. This particular problem has been ongoing, though, since before I attempted to upgrade everything to 4.4.6.
