Then pay for redhat?
I really don't understand this. You want a free OS with a team of people
behind that help you within x hours if you have an issue, but you don't
want to pay for it.
Either pay, or use centos stream and report the issues/debug them
yourselves.

As far as I can tell, no. There was a discussion about rebasing on
CentOS Stream 10 or on Fedora in this list, but I haven't seen any
patch related to that or any proposal to vote for one of them within
the community.
