As oVirt is no longer a RHV-Next upstream, I don't see a reason for trying to convince the community to keep using CentOS Stream as the chosen OS for 4.6 development. As a community, you all can suggest which OS you'd like to have in your datacenter, gather consensus about it and change oVirt as it best fits to the winning OS.
