What permissions are granted or restricted by the original Perms/UR3
signature? Document Properties->Security
"Exchange-Pro" 9.0.0" says that the file was created by Acrobat Pro 9.0
"ARE Acrobat Product v8.0 P23 0002337" says that Reader extensions were enabled
(the UR3 signature)
Adobe dropped the requirement to do Reader Enablement sometime around Acrobat

Later this value is used in doWriteSignature() to write the ByteRange... I just
changed the length of the /ByteRange directive...
There was no more any error, but It did not work because the previous Perms/UR3
signature was broken.
