I see that there should be no problems with Windows 2012, but you need to test whether it is also compatible with R2 version or do more research in the Internet. I have found a thread about OpenOffice problem on R2 version ( https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=83223) - however nowadays there are many differences between OpenOffice and LibreOffice. I suggest to run a virtual machine with Windows 2012 R2 and test the application. Please, also keep in mind that most of the people in this group are volunteers and our knowledge may not be perfect.
