That is a different tarball (essentially an export of the entire svn
tree), I'm suggesting you use
http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/qpid/0.12/qpid-cpp-0.12.tar.gz instead.
... that is a proper distributable release (rather than just an svn
snapshot) and has all the generated code already in it (which _should_
avoid the need for ruby?).
