That looks like a trust failure. You should use the fully qualified hostname of the server as used in the SSL certificate. Also make sure you are specifying the trust store for the JMS client correctly, that the client can actually read it and that the correct certificates are contained within it (e.g. the CA certificate that signed the broker certificate).
