Looks good to me with one comment: it refers to proton 0.7 which is not
released yet. Proton 0.6 works fine for me, I know it annoyingly puts
some files under /usr instead of the install prefix but it seems to work
with qpid anyway.
Since 0.7 isn't released yet, it would be better to leave in a line
about using older proton versions and setting pkg config if necessary.
That can be in addition to the new recommendation when 0.7 is used (and
can be in parentheses to de-emphasise if desired).
