I haven't, I'm using 3.9. I seem to recall you seeing issue with the tests (inc this one) with 0.36.0, at least in one env whereas in another they all passed. Historically I think it has been a little flakey. Though I haven't personally had it fail locally.
Unless someone with more of a clue about these bits indicates otherwise, I think we will be proceeding. I'll leave the vote open until Monday for more feedback.
