By all means take some time to investigate, and we can ultimately
decide how to proceed based on what you find. If it turns out this
isnt a regression then it doesnt necessarily immediately seem like a
blocker either. We will do more releases, and it's essentially the
same amount of work for me to respin this one as doing another soon.

This vote remains open, so others should continue to test and vote or
at least report their results whilst Cliff investigates; if we do
respin, any new non-regression issues only reported against later RC
and which are already present in RC1 will mostly likely just be
waiting for the next release.
