Alex, Welcome.mxml used at the office is copied from Browser. Welcome.mxml used at my home is copied from GitHub.
The latter seems old because of starting from <mx:Application> Using the Browser version solved the problem. However, no index.html is created in \bin\js-release Only Welcome.js and Welcome.min.css are created.
