Hi Warren

just mounted your example to compile and test and when refresh I don't get
your image. In my case the combo is empty and the rest is ok. I tested on
Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Brave with the same result.
Maybe the only difference could be that I'm on Mac and you on Windows?
Anway a refresh of the page should not carry anything since it should wipe
all the current state, so don't know how you are getting that result. Maybe
someone else with a windows machine could give some clue here
