I think that you have an issue with your internet connection or your maven /
proxy setup. This is why you see in the log 'could not be resolved'.

If you have changed how maven is connected to internet though the maven
setting file and this file is not located in the default maven folder, then
you must adapt the ops4j mvn config file under /etc to point to this maven
setting file.
