Hello, Thanks for the reponse. It's not a network connection issue, and I haven't modified org.ops4j.pax.url.mvn.cfg. However my maven setup uses a nexus repository and caches external content. I think my problem lies here. Originally, I was caching 'http://repo.fusesource.com/nexus/content/groups/public/'. Then I noticed in the URL that you mentioned is actually a different path. I added 'http://repo.fusesource.com/nexus/content/repositories/releases/', but I'm still having a problem. I'm still not exactly sure of the solution, but I suspect it's got something to do with this.
