I'm gonna take a look, but ActiveMQ should set a <config/> tag in the
feature.
In my use case, I tried to install ActiveMQ 5.5.0 (and 5.5.1) on Karaf
2.2.4. Using ActiveMQ in Karaf (without ServiceMix) should work.
