Hard to say,
SOGO is not leaving enough infprmations, enter a "tail -f
/var/log/mail/error.log" or at least "tail -f /var:log/mail/info.log"
command to check if something is going wrong with your mail.
Try to check also access rights on folders.
If someone has better idea please post.
