You are installing the integrator also right? (and configuring for your server..) you need all 3 plugins.
I don't have any issues with dissapearing events or tasks - Can you elaborate further? Do these show in the web interface once you have created in tbird? Can't comment on google calendar, as I don't use it. Makes sense that the 2 plugins conflict though, as it is bad to have more than 1 thing trying to sync at the same time. This would bring in the possibility of the google cals breaking SOGo cals and vice versa.
