Compare how Cyrus squatter and Dovecot full text search plugins work. If
you use search, Cyrus fulltext search is better. cache is always ready and
not only after first slow search.

Dovecot is more flexible than Cyrus. Supports different mailbox formats
and different authentication types.

If server performance is compared (SELECT, SORT, THREAD), both servers are
on top, but Cyrus is a little bit faster. Although my tests are little
outdated. Maybe dovecot speed improved in last 1-2 years.
