Hi all,
i experimented quite a bit and finally found what is causing events to disappear
in Thunderbird 3.1.
When sogo option "WOUseRelativeURLs" is set to YES, events get fetched properly
by lightning 1.0b2 or later, displayed briefly and then they get deleted. In the
debug log there is a delete message for every event (no error or warning).
HTTP/XML Multi-Status response looks like this:
<D:multistatus>
<D:sync-response>
<D:href>https://my.server.com/SOGo/dav/...
which doesn't work, vs relative (WOUseRelativeURLs not set):
<D:href>/SOGo/dav/...
which works.
I don't know the caldav spec, so could anyone with more caldav knowledge state,
if this got changed on purpose, since it was working in TB3.0 or older and
WOUseRelativeURLs is not mentioned in the sogo setup documentation anymore (but
that option is still working).
If that change was intended, WOUseRelativeURLs should be disabled (or renamed)
since it causes upgrade headaches. If not, i will file a lightning bug report.
