Sorry, i didn't see that... but that implies you use the inetOrgPerson in your ldap structure, but virtualmin wants to use the Person object, that doesn't contain the email address.
So maybe i should rephrase the question now: anyone who is using the combi SOGo/VirtualMin, both with ldap authentication?
