You must compile the bundle as you compile SOGo. So you probably forgot to
source your GNUstep.sh. You'll also need to set the variable PKG_CONFIG_PATH.
You should add something like that to your .bashrc:
samba=/usr/local/samba
export PATH=${samba}/bin:${samba}/sbin:$PATH
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=${samba}/lib/pkgconfig
source /usr/share/GNUstep/Makefiles/GNUstep.sh
