c_lastseen might be updated even if YOU don't do anything in the Web UI
because there is AJAX kungfu running in the background.
c_lastseen will also NOT be updated everything YOU do something in the
web interface - it'll be updated whenever there's a cache miss in
memcached. That is precise enough and it'll generate way less updates to
the db.
