I moved files connector.xpi and integrator.xpi to /var/www/html/SOGo-configs/, and lighting.xpi leaved in /var/www/html/SOGo-configs/WINNT_x86-msvc/ - nothing happened again.
This time, I have attached a right version of updates.php...
