What do you wish to do ?
Normal behaviour of the different sync tools is the following:
- Login as a user
- This user has access to it's own calendars and perhaps to calendars of
others a well
- There exists a dav report for the list of available calendars for the
logged in user, (It's also used by the TB add-on to show a list of calendars
- The sync tool then acceses one or multiple calendars via the correct
Caldav URL(s)
The key is that a given user needs to login and the has access to the
granted resources
There is some limited public access possible via Caldav, but usually
this is not what users expect to behave with their data

What I mean is why using one master account for sync (all users)?
I try to understand, which devices (?) are synced against sogo and
when there are a master user used for synchronising every users device
(user a syncs against account of "a" via master user, same with b or c
or d) ...
