Issues I've seen so far:
-It asks for my password three times
-The first time I started it wouldn't open calendar entries (sorry, I

removed and reinstalled the extensions then it opened them no problem
(note that I put the extensions alongside thunderbird, not in the users'
profiles, so "install" means copy the uncompressed xpi under

otherwise the mail pane would become unresponsive. Note that this is not

Eventually I have to comment out everything except a call to
"checkFolder()", otherwise no button to manage remote calendars would show.
However, when I try a fresh profile, those buttons never appear (whether
I use the original startup-overlay.js or my modified one), they only
appear with my preexisting profile.
