does it mean i can easily apt-get upgrade my sogo on my squeeze system without any hassle?
(of course on a cloned and backupped system first)

The time zone (of the sogo+mail server) is set to normal european time...
1.3.12a has just been released with that small JavaScript fix in. The debs should also include the "migration" scripts.
