we have just one Squeeze with SOGo on it (and OpenLDAP)
but i think i will update it first on a cloned machine but thank you!

Yes you can! (hmmmm!)
I've just upgraded some Squeeze Servers and 3 instances of SOGo, without
any problem (upgrade of php5 security fixes too).
The upgrade sql script does exists in
/usr/share/doc/sogo/sql-update-1.3.11_to_1.3.12-mysql.sh (for mysql, but
without the -mysql for postgresql databases).
