After installation and testing some latest SOGo appliance 2.0.0rc4+ versions I have got the same result, Cyrus doesn' t user mailboxes except user specified in imap.conf as Cyrus admin.
Cyrus is authorized with alwaystrue parameter. It happens as with Web GUI as MS Outlook. Dovecot creates mailboxes except Trash one if MS Outlook is used and all including Trash if Web GUI is used. What has imap.conf and GNUstepDefaults.conf be that Cyrus could create mailboxes or Dovecot could additionally create Trash one within MS Outlook ?
