[SOGo] stuck on install at sudo sogo

I am working with Ubuntu 12.04 server edition.  I am also between newbie and
intemidiatee
In the install instructions it states to enter sudo sogo.when I enter that it
tells me the account is disabled so I went into the accounts via webmin I
enabled the account. But I still cannot get passed this point.  Any suggestions
to go forward?  Thanks for your help!
