Lightning 1.9.1 is already uploaded to addons.mozilla.org but is waiting for
approval. Once this is done it should download and install automatically. For
manual download see
https://addons.mozilla.org/thunderbird/addon/lightning/versions/1.9.1
It was released (uploaded) March 6 (two days ago), so it should not be long.

Yesterday, there was 13 votes. Today, only 17...
Maybe, if we have 10000 votes (think positive ! ;o), they will release
the Lightning 1.9.1 version...
