Most of the problem mail came from Gmail. I found message source as: Content-Type: text/plain; charset=TIS-620 Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 Another mail also came from Gmail. message source look like this: <div dir=3D"ltr">¶Ö§¤Ø³Ë&Aac= ute;Ù ¹ÄÁÅ Thank you for your attention.
