I find the person who was responsible of the problem, she have a old thunderbird (17) with old lightning (1.6.x) and for some reason (I don't known what) the thunderbird make ~600 000 connections per day. The fun point is : she don't event use sogo.... After upgrading thunderbird&Lightning everything become normal ;-) So in fact the first thing to track is /var/log/httpd/ssl_access.log.. Regards.
