Does anybody have an idea on how to solve this issue?

Stopped Sogo.
Started Sogo.
Restarted memcached.

Didn't work unfortunately.

  As Dutch is in the list of available translations, you only have to stop
  and start sogod after changing SOGoSupportedLanguages config option.
  Warning: restart is not sufficient.
  And restart memcached.
