Hi Marcel,
I followed your steps, and it works. All accounts are in the same domain.
But one user doesn't work.
This is what I did(from SOGo web interface):
1. login as myid
2. right-clicking on the top-level mailbox, and choose "Delegation..."
3. I added 10 users from user1 to user10
Question: Is the "Delegation" information stored in SOGo DB or imap server?
4. from another computer, I login as user1, and reply an email, the
"From:" drop-down list gives me the option. It works.
5. I login as user2, user3... user8, user10 all work.
5. the problem is: only user9, its "From:" drop-down list only shows its
own email address.
Do you have any clue to fix this? Why user9 doesn't work! where is the
"Delegation" saved?
Thanks,
Allen

Allen,
is the other account also in the same domain? Then the other account
can delegate its mail address to you by right-clicking on the
top-level mailbox (the parent of the Inbox).

Allen,
I’m running 2.2.8, which I recommend you to update to. In any case,
there is a Reply-To setting in Settings→IMAP accounts and has been
there for ages, so I guess it should be in 2.0.4 as well.
But PLEASE, do not do what most of the Thunderbird are tempted to
do, because of the prominent placement of the Reply-To address in
the setup screen: PLEASE do NOT set your Reply-To address to your
From address! This causes a lot of things to break and is completely
unnecessary.
Alles Gute,

Hi there,
I am using SOGo 2.0.4. In the web interface, when I reply an email,
there is no option to set "Reply-to" address.
But in Thunderbird, there is an option to change "Reply-to" address.
How can I change "Reply-to" address in the web interface?
Thanks,
Allen

Hi Marcel,
Thank you for your help. I found the option from the settings. I am
not gonna change it because I don't want to do any funny things on a
production server.
After some tests, I have another solution. I just append an email
address, which I want to be the "Reply-to:", to the "mail" attribute
in the ldap server. So when I reply an email,
I can choose it from the "From:" drop-down list. This is what I want.
