Hello, This is the 3rd time this has happened.
I have a user whose personal calendar (the other times it was a shared calendar) has stopped working. I try resetting the Calendar cache, and it doesn't help. I then try disabling the calendar and re-enabling it in Thunderbird (Calendar > Properties > Switch off > OK, then Calendar > Properties > Switch on > OK). Disabling works - but I am unable to re-enable it - when I click on OK after switching it back on, nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling Integrator, to no avail. The other two times I just recreated the Thunderbird profile - and that fixes it, so it is obviously something in Thunderbird+Integrator - but that is not a good answer.
