Very likely not. Your AD schema has been already altered with Exchange schema extensions (introduced by openchange). If this is a test server with not active users, I recommend purging samba data (rm /etc/samba/smb.conf, rm -r /var/lib/samba/private, rm -r /var/lib/samba/sysvol) and provision new AD (samba-tool domain provision).
