This aspect has been improved in beta 2 and we'll figure out other possible 
improvements, especially with the toolbars.

Can you give a precise example?

I agree. They should be more accessible.

There're tooltips on most icon buttons. They'll probably become annoying once 
you get familiar with the icons.

We'll try to replace the "+" by an icon representing an event or a task 
depending on the active tab.

I just committed an initial implementation. It was planned and mentioned in the

The three dots is a button to display a menu with options.
