Hi all, I'm managing an iRedMail installation serving 50+ email accounts, AD authentication, SOGo 3 on a Debian Jessie installation.
Everything is updated to the last release (SOGo 3.1.3-1). We serve folders with IMAP (mostly) and Activesync (10 users on multiple devices). Everything is going well, except with one user's client (an iPhone 6S) with a huge mailbox (10,1 GB, 15000 messages). This iPhone is set to receive all messages, and when user is in his office/home (WLAN or 4G), everythings works fine. On international travels, his iPhone stops syncing folders. At the airport, no matter what connection he uses, he cant see new emails. Send function works fine. If i restart server, iPhone syncs. If i restart sogod, iPhone syncs. If user comes back home from foreign country, iPhone stop syncing again. If i restart services, everything come back to normal after some time (30/60 minutes) No error are displayed in log files provided by SOGo. There are plenty of messages like "XXX XX XX:XX:XX sogod [pid]: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX "POST /SOGo/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync?User=user.name&DeviceId=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX&DeviceType=iPhone&Cmd=Sync HTTP/1.1" 200 16108/99 0.558 - - 0" or 16K No error in mail.log, no errors in syslog, no errors in fail2ban. Activesync is not a vital one, but I think it's very very strange that something like this happen only to one user. Any clues? Thank you very much for your work, anyway. Sogo is a great piece of software. -- *Marco Gregorio* Sistemista Informatico -- [email protected] https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
