Yes SOGo is able to do that, but you would need to use 2 SOGoUserSources.
Which means you do not get one global address book, but 2 instead.

No, because openchange only can talk to one SAMBA 4 server/cluster.

There are currently 2 possibilities.
1) ActiveSync which only works with Outlook 2013 + 2016.
You also have to synchronize emails over that, which is not the most
efficient solution.
2) Outlook CalDAV Synchronizer

This must be installed on every machine using Outlook and configured
seperately.

For the webinterface this is possible by using SAML2.
But you have to use that too for IMAP and SMTP, because SOGo
authenticates with the user credentials given on authentication
(credentials are not available with SAML2, only session tickets).

For other clients that is not possible.
